Yolande's Private Piano Studio: A Love of Music Shared with Students of All Ages

I’ve been teaching piano lessons to all ages since 2006 and am very passionate about sharing my love of music with the next generation of musicians. Although I’m known in my community as an experienced piano teacher, I don’t always have time to give private piano studio tours to prospective students who are looking for a new teacher. That’s why I’m excited about this article, which gives you some information about my private piano studio, such as where it’s located, what type of music we play here and more. Hopefully after reading it, you will want to come visit!

The Gift of Classical Music

The Importance of Listening

Listening is one of the most important skills you can learn. It doesn't matter how old you are, if you listen to someone, they will respect your opinion more. If you want someone to listen to what you have to say, it's important that you show that you're listening as well. There are many ways to show that you're listening, like nodding your head or making comments when appropriate.

Learning from Professional Performers

There is something magical about music. There are not many things that can make you feel the way it does, says Yolande, a private piano studio owner in San Diego, CA. Yolande has been teaching piano lessons to all ages for over thirty years and emphasizes the importance of learning from professional performers. I've seen some incredible performances from my students and I'm always so excited to see them go out into the world and perform on stage, she says.

Practicing For Gifted Students

One of the many ways to serve gifted students is to provide them with their own private piano studio. This way, they can practice and learn at their own pace. Yolande has a private piano studio where she focuses on sharing her love of music while also focusing on the different needs of each student. She has been teaching piano lessons to all ages for 25 years.
